Having something go catastrophically wrong with your computer can be a daunting experience, but I could not have been happier with how Richard handled the situation. He knew exactly what he was doing, even just a phone call assuring me he had the competence to take care of the issue. He drove to my house, picked up the machine, and by that evening knew how to fix it. By the morning, he had replaced the faulty part, demonstrated with pictures that it truly worked again, and organized a place to meet me where I happily took it back. While getting repairs is always unpleasant, Richard went above and beyond in order to make the process easy and painless. Highly recommend!

Titanium Computing was really helpful in getting my network and security setup in a timely fashion. I have a small office that has a few desktops and tablets and the internet was just terrible. After having a long discussion about it, we came to the conclusion that the wiring was bad and there was a lot of open holes in my environment.
Richard was very good in explaining the entire process and making sure I was aware of what was going on and what each step of the process did. After all was said and done my internet speeds have drastically improved and I was able to use my machines in a much more effective fashion.
I highly recommend these services to all who have issues with their IT devices.

Called for a computer fix, got so much more! Cleaned my system, installed and comfigured a custom firewall and answered all my router questions about port forwarding and access levels for my
Guest wifi. Rich was knowledgeable, efficient and oozed easy expertise. 5/5, good by best buy. I know who's fixing my computer from now on.
