- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
DIscounts are available when buying multiple sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll ask some questions and we'll start with basic postures to assess strengths and weaknesses and adapt everything we do from there to keep you progressing in your practice. If you are having digestive issues, anxiety, insomnia or other non-posture issues, we will discuss Ayurveda and lifestyle choices that can help alleviate those issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've done over 2000 hrs of training beyond the standard minimum 200 hours of training to be a certified teacher. Much of this has been in yoga trainings. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer and have been training since 2003. I have certifications in life coaching, healing touch modalities, trauma-informed counseling and worked for several years as a counselor and yoga teacher to at-risk youth, addressing physical and emotional trauma.
