By far my best experience doing yoga! Each session was a solid workout and a lesson in breathing. One of Taryn's finest skills is her ability to listen and apply feedback. She adapted sessions based on the conversations that we had about what was working best and the direction in which we wanted to go. Taryn is professional, mindful and down to earth. I would certainly and highly recommend Taryn as a yoga instructor.

pricing is based on individual needs, group size, and travel
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know their reasons for coming to the mat and special considerations or limitations I need to work with. Then we will begin movement and breathwork that works with these issues. I like to make sure I get plenty of feedback from my clients so I can constantly redefine if need be. It's very important to me that you are getting the type of movement you need.
