Hi, my name is Holly Wynn. I am a 500 hr yoga teacher I am very dedicated to the yoga life through practicing and meditation. I have experienced first hand the healing abilities of yoga and I am so excited to share that with others. My favorite part of teaching private session and classes is tailoring the practice of yoga for my clients needs.I fully believe that yoga is made to fit us and we don’t have to fit yoga. I teach one on one sessions and group events such as bachelorette weekends, wellness retreats, and work events. I currently only have limited spots for Friday evening for one on one sessions and my weekends are available for group events only. Please reach out to schedule your sessions soon.

I start by asking my clients what they want to work on and what our there goals on and off the mat.

200 YTT 500 YTT and in yoga therapy program
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing yoga for recreational reasons and I starting realize that it not only helped me physically but mentally. I got my yoga certification in hope to share with others the healing benefits of yoga.
