Introduction: ML&D is a full service landscape design and installation company providing our expert knowledege and skills in the greater San Antonio Texas area since 2004. The owner has a background in Engineering and a Master's in Landscape Architecture thereby giving you the depth of functional and artistic know how. Also, our knowledgeable staff includes a team who love and enjoy the outdoors and are dedicated to every client's outdoor needs while providing year round beautiful finished landscape projects. Every client and job site are different therefore leading to one of a kind projects that stand out each and every time.
Sometimes easiest isn't always best. By focusing on high standards and quality we stand out in function and beauty. With this concept in mind we focus on other needs, maintainence, safety, environmental impact, and will you, the client, actually use this space and love it!
Our main purpose with all designs is to listen and evaluate the clients needs and to provide an oasis of such where the outdoors can be enjoyed fully in their own space. By getting back to basics we provide spaces to spend time with family, gather with friends and neighbors, places for children to play outside and learn about nature, or much needed peaceful spaces just for relaxation.

When we moved into our new home there was absolutely no landscaping, the patio was only partially completed, and the built-in grill area had not been constructed properly.. Michelle and her crew not only redesigned and reconstructed that area, they designed and installed landscaping all around the house (hardscape and softscape), lighting, irrigation and our dog run. Her pricing was competitive, and her design ideas were creative and gave our property a unique look that generated complements from our neighbors and guests. She is meticulous and will work on something until she is completely satisfied with the quality. For Michelle, landscaping and design are not just a job...they are her passion.

I completely recommend Michelles Landscaping and Design for all your landscaping needs. I have been using her services for over 5 years now, and I have never been disappointed in either the quality of the work or the amount I've paid.
Our projects have included new plantings of plants and trees. Relocation of existing plant material, removal of existing plantings and hardscape elements, fountains and a gas fire pit. Michelles designs are a work of art created from her passion.
Michelle and her team are dedicated and professional, and are not interested in doing something simply so they can charge you for it. Instead, they work carefully with you, and together you decide on the best approach for your outdoor experience.
I consider Michelle to be the best landscaping professional in town!

Michelle is very conscientious about here work. She has a great ability to develop high end landscaping plans. The work is performed by small crews, which helps keep every one on the same path, but will make for a longer schedule. My yard work is broken into phases. The first phase is complete, looks great and am enjoying the yard. Because Michelle developed plans around my taste and tied it into the existing architecture, the yard gives the feeling that it was designed along with the house. I am looking forward to working with Michelle on the future phases.

Michelle stepped in and produced an outstanding design for us and then executed the work in a timely and professional manner. We added to the scope as we worked and she and her crew were able to get it DONE. From my experience it is hard to find someone reliable to start and complete the job. She kept appointments, produced the designs and finished the work we wanted. Not only that, she takes time to do things right. She is hands-on with the project start to finish.
