Quality is a problem for Jose’s work. He did install LVP in my master bedroom. But it is uneven. When I enter the room I suddenly feel down slope. Also there are gaps under the LVP in at least 5 places in the bedroom. It feels like sponges. I showed him the issue. He said settlement takes time. Many times he gave BS reasoning like this. They did not even try to match the floor level with bathroom. He clearly showed intent to quickly finish the work by sacrificing the quality. I am never going to hire him again. One good thing I want to tell is he was available as soon as I needed.
