Introduction: The services I offer include the following: * Input inbound and outbound shipment information into database and maintain customers' files * Document items shipped by entering shipping data, recording and identifying item and transport information * Confirm shipping information by answering and relaying telephone, fax and e-mail inquiries * Provide product information by responding to telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries * Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment * Examine outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications * Compare identifying information and count, weigh, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipment to verify information against bill of loading invoices, orders or other records * Prepared and sorted documents, and identified and interpreted data to be entered * Entered data from demographics into system accurately * Contacted preparer of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data * Made necessary corrections to information entered * Updated provider, claim and employer files as needed * Responded to inquiries regarding entered data * Filed or routed source documents after entry * Answered incoming calls and routed calls to appropriate department * Reviewed EOBs and filed appeals * Entered payments, prepared financial reports, mailed out statements, and processed refunds
