I have been doing clown entertainment for nearly 10 years. I have lots of fun with the kids, telling silly jokes as I work. I have really practiced my balloon art, and can make some really awesome balloons. I also have a really funny, interactive magic show that kids love. My face painting is fun for the kids, and I have an assistant that I can bring that does fabulous painting. When I leave the kids frequently ask me "when will I see you again?" They love me and know I love them. Lots of people do this for the money and are not good with kids, my prices reflect that I do this because I love the kids.
I love seeing the look of surprise when I finish the balloon and they are shocked that it looks so cool. I love the look on their faces when they look in the mirror after I have painted them like their favorite superhero, or other fun painting. I love when the kids stop thinking Flopsy is a puppet and start blaming everything on him because he is so funny. I love when the kids tell me they know how my trick is working, then are amazed when I finish the trick. But mostly I love the hugs, and the bye-bye's and moms telling me they wish Sunny Sue could come back today when I talk to the moms the day after the party. I just love kids, and they know it.

The kids loved her. She blew up balloons for a solid hour, without a break. Each kid left with 3-6 balloons. They were so excited and were surrounding (more like mobbing) her. It would have stressed me out, but she was so patient and good with them. Her balloon animals are like nothing we've ever seen: mermaids, a monkey climbing a coconut tree, etc. Amazing! She noticed my daughters were not asking for much, so she made them each a special wand before she left. I heard it was the best birthday party we've have over and over from my kids and some parents. I'm thinking of hiring her to do a magic show for my son.

Sunny Sue was hired as a balloon twister for my 3 year old's party. She was easy to communicate with and was on time. The children were comfortable around her and they each got what they wanted. I would hire her again in a heart beat!

For National Night Out we hired Sunny Sue who was excellent. She arrived on time and was appropriately dressed. The kids loved her!! The balloons she made were great. I will definitely hire her again. The price was perfect for our event.

She was on time and very happy to be there. Right away jumped in and started laughing with all the children. She was able to grab their attention away from the giant waterslide in the backyard and keep them focused and laughing the entire 1hr she was there. Tons of balloons were made, even the children got to make a few. I loved that she was teaching them how to make certain balloon animals. They all had a great time.. Magic show was so much fun!! She really made every child feel special during the event. I highly recommend her!!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get as much info as I can about what they are looking for. Does their child love magic, are they really shy, do they have magic tricks of their own, do they want to learn how to make a balloon animal by themselves, do they want a certain face paint or balloon ( I have learned aliens, shopkins, my little pony, mickey and minnie and more for a party that requested it)
What types of customers have you worked with?
Birthday Parties, Company Picnics, Family Reunions, Holiday Parties, daycares, elementary schools, junior high schools (yes even junior high kids love my balloons).
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look at what kind of face painting, magic and balloons they do. You don't want someone that does 3 tricks and calls it a magic show, or someone that can only make swords and dogs. You can usually get someone with talent for about the same price. Look at their reviews, some people are not good with kids, they are just in it for the money, and some will cancel you for a better gig.
