John has excellent customer service but I hired him to repair my closet shelf due to it falling down the shelf fell after a hour. He definitely came back to fix it the next day, and told me it was good to go it fell this time as soon as he left. He stated he had other jobs but He told me he would come back it’s been almost a month haven’t heard from him

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend John for any future jobs. I hired him to install three lights in my home, but the job was left incomplete. Only 2 of the lights were installed. Despite multiple scheduled appointments, the handyman frequently rescheduled at the last minute, causing inconvenience. Additionally, when I tried to follow up on the unfinished work, my calls and messages went unanswered. Lack of professionalism and poor communication made this a frustrating experience."
