- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a consultation to understand the client’s needs, the size of the space, and the level of cleaning required. I provide a clear estimate and explain what is included. Once scheduled, I arrive on time with all supplies and complete a thorough, detailed cleaning. After the service, I follow up to ensure the client is satisfied.
