I am a Realtor and normally I don't recommend any Inspector because it is part of the Buyer to choose whom they want to do the inspection of their new homes.However ,all the Clients of Mr. Bob Burkett will tell me that they will only choose him as their Inspector.Aside from his punctuality,patient,knowledgeable and very understanding he will go above and beyond to make his Clients satisfied for his service.The quality of his job is extremely remarkable.He will take time (3-4 Hrs.) to do the inspections because he wants to be sure that his Clients are satisfied for his service. If I buy another house someday no questions ask Mr. Bob Burkett will be my my Home Inspector.

Called Mr. Burkett to inspect a government foreclosure. The request was on short notice, the time allowed by the V.A. was even shorter. Mr. Burkett drove through bad weather , put on a pair of coveralls and went to work. By the time he has completed his work he was soaking wet and dirty but he got the information I needed to make a adjusted offer to the V.A. which was accepted. A happy wife makes a happy life ! Mr. Burkett's work was professional and done in a timely manner. The information Mr Burkett provided saved us thousands of dollars in making our purchase . Bob inspected a single family residence for me. He got to the job quickly and had the report back to me within 24 hours. The inspection report was informative and the pictures were helpful. Bob was glad to answer any questions I had after I reviewed the report.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I have to do continuning education courses every two years to maintain license. How ever I am a member of the National Home Inspectors and Texas Professional Realestate inspectors and I regularly take courses in home inspections that are offered and happy to do so.
