Faye is an awesome tutor! She helped me write my personal statement essay for the optometry school application process. We worked on 2 essays and completed both in a matter of one and a half weeks. She is very flexible and was ready to work with my hectic schedule. She is very sincere and it is clear she enjoys her line of work. I personally love my essays, because I wrote them. I one-hundred percent believe in my story depicted in my personal statement. Faye isn't like other tutors, where she will output an essay after a consultation; rather, she works with you to make sure the story is coming from within. Faye is especially useful in that she has an interview process to get out all the ideas from the writer, and helps to translate that into a written answer. I thoroughly enjoyed and definitely benefited from her consultation services, and would highly recommend her!

I'm blown away... I never thought using a service like this would yield a PREMIUM vendor services company. Optimum, specifically Tina, has been AWESOME to work with. I was looking for, as I thought I needed, a website design company... what I ended up with was a true brand management and concept development organization. Timely response to any communication, professional and complete proposal. I believe this is because they took the necessary time to "GET IT" with regard to my concept and associated needs. I would Definitely recommend OptimumCS to anyone looking to do it once and get it right.

      Byron Riley performed accounting and consulting services for the ABC Health Connection, Inc. (ABC) non -profit agency. Byron Riley revised the Chart of Accounts for ABC converting the existing obsolete digital version to the updated QuickBooks 2014. Byron categorized the accounts, subaccounts and added class types, and provided a financial business plan and strategy to utilize going forward. He restructured the ledger to meet Generally Accepted Accounting Principles for non- profits that allows us to be audit ready. Byron arranged the data to produce tax documents and reports as needed for financial accountability to the Board of Directors, funders and stake holders. Byron provided customized training in data entry and an easily replicable process allowing (ABC) to bring the financial records to be brought to a current status and maintained. He monitored our progress in person and online allowing us to work at a pace comfortable for my understanding. Byron was always timely and he checked in for status updates frequently answering all questions and addressing technical difficulties as they occurred. The qualities I found most impressive about Byron Riley was his professionalism, generosity and patience with my learning curve. Byron went above and beyond with his follow-ups, provision of resources and instruction. The quality of his work revealed that he excels at his craft. His expertise in various accounting software programs, GAAP and best practices for nonprofits is evident. His volunteer work and board positions attest to his leadership skills and desire to give back to the community while making a personal investment in the ambitions of others. I could not have asked for a better experience than I received with Byron Riley.       Excellent service. Sasha came out, did an initial walk through, drew up my documents, everything was simple and straight to the point . She explained everything for me, i love the custom plans, its cool because every owner doesnt need the same services. So i have Sasha and her crew on 6 of my properties now and I'm glad i made that decision. Other companies make this process so difficult .
