FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally, I charge $200-$250 per hour from the first full hour on. But I understand budgets and I am always willing to work with clients to try and meet their needs wherever I can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to meet my clients in person before the wedding day. Lunch, a coffee date, dinner with the guys too. I feel like that first meeting breaks the ice so that when the wedding day comes, it's like I'm a friend showing up to photograph them instead of a total stranger. It makes for more natural photography in the end and that's critical.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm self trained. Of course, that's a somewhat deceptive phrase. I'm taught by experience, by dozens of the top photographers who share their expertise online, by constant study and practice, practice, practice. I really believe you can never have too much information or too much experience. Every single shoot, I bring something new and I learn something new. That's one of the things I love best about the job; learning and growing constantly.
