I have been in the Food, Beverage, and Hospitality Industries for over 5 years and in that time period, I have worked well over 300 unique events all over the DFW Metroplex. Where other services may falter in that you chat with one person and end up having someone different the day of your event, I am your sole contact and will be there every step of the way. Every question or concern you may have, I will answer and solve to the best of my ability. From Concerts, Sporting Events, Expos, Weddings, Private Parties, Baby Showers and even Children's Parties, I have proven myself to be a valuable asset at any event. I can’t imagine having another event/party without Mayan Bartending! David was wonderful. He took such great care of all our guests and I was able to actually relax & enjoy our party! We appreciate all your help & attentiveness to our guests making them feel comfortable!

David did an amazing job at our wedding. He greeted and provided waters to every guest. He asked our guest what they would like to drink. He was very attentive and very friendly. Our guest never went more than two minutes without a drink. He is definitely someone I would hire again to bartend for us in the future. Our guest never had to come to him for a drink he made sure they were taken care of at their seats.

David was in excellent bartender he worked with all the changes in our schedule, he didn’t wait for everybody to come to the bar when the bar didn’t have anybody he came out and brought drinks to people. He knewEverybody’s drink after they got one drink and kept bringing drinks to them he didn’t just stay behind the bar and wait for people to come to him. He was polite courteous quick he was the best Bartender and I would so recommend his services if you need any kind of bartending service I wouldChoose him and his business over any other ones that I have had he was superb phenomenal

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My standard rate is 30$ an hour. This includes setup/cleanup, ice, three coolers, and a trash can. As of July 1st, 2021, a booking fee of 20$ will apply. This is non refundable in lieu of a client cancellation. I do NOT provide alcohol as I lack the licensing necessary for that in the state of Texas. My portable bar is available for 100$. For events and venues requiring liability insurance, I am able to supply this. I am willing to drive long distance and these fees vary. I travel from the 76021 zip code. For events equal to or more than 35 miles: 30$ For events equal to or more than 50 miles: 50$ For events equal to or more than 75 miles: 75$ For events equal to or more than 100 miles: 100$ For events equal to or more than 150 miles: 150$ For events that have a guest count of more than 100 guests, a second bartender will be needed. The hourly rate is raised from 30$/ HR to 50$/HR. All other pricing still applies. No changes are made to my default setup.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I always talk to my clients over the phone to see what they are trying to achieve. If you are getting married, I always like to meet my clients in person so everything goes as planned for your special day. I provide a detailed supply list that goes through everything you need to entertain your guests.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I went to ABC Bartending School. I am bilingual, speaking English and Spanish fluently.
