Harrison is an outstanding trainer, I recently started playing soccer again after a long layoff and Harrison tailored my training to help strengthen my core, improve my quickness and prepare my body to be at my best!!! He is exceptionally creative in designing individual workout routines to achieve your personal goals/results. Also, Harrision is just a fun person to be around, always positive and concerned with doing the excersise the most safe and effective way while you're training. I can't recommend him enough.
I am coming up on a year training with Dashawn and am extremely happy with the motivation, exercises and encouragement he offers. We train 2x a week, and I try to get in at least one more workout on my own. I have lost 21.8 pounds, decreased body fat by 3.4%, and lost 3.5 inches in my waist. When I started, my stamina had decreased to the point that I could hardly run a half mile without being winded; however I completed several 1/4 marathons on the elliptical and am consistently warming up with a 5k in the mid 20's. I can honestly say, at 58, I am in better shape than I was in my 40's.
Coach G has been great so far. He is encouraging and focuses on teaching the foundational basketball skills. He emphasizes the importance of hard work and determination to become a great player. He acknowledges when the child performs a skill well or if there is improvement.
Max and P.U.S.H. Athletics have been training our daughter for about two years now. Her ball handling skills have gotten soooo good and when she is in games now the training she has received really sets her apart. The best part is that Max ingrains skills in her athletes they don't even realize and then all of a sudden everything starts to click. That was our daughter this year. Max is incredible with the athletes in terms of building them up and our daughter loves going to Max. She knows it's hard work but now that she is seeing the results she is smiling from ear to ear during the games!!!! I just made a highlight video of one of daughters most recent games and she used so many moves it was crazy. I highly recommend Max and P.U.S.H. Athletics. If you don't use them you're already behind.
