I have used Watson Tile and Stone for two separate renovation projects in my Arlington home. I was so pleased with the quality of the first job that I did not hesitate to have them also do the second round. Whether you need help in picking out materials, finding American-made products, arranging for Habitat for Humanity to take away every usable discard, this company will do it all. My thanks to all the skilled craftsmen who took pride in their job - especially Luis for really creative tile design and James & son Jacob who put everything back together with real patience for my indecisions. When an accent color I chose turned out to be wrong, they cheerfully repainted for me. The painters carefully wrapped furniture and protected rugs and floors before and during the work. Cabinet design and staining were exceptional. All my inquiries were immediately answered. Bonded and insured of course - but these folks have an exceptional level of customer service - before, during and even after completion of work. Patsy went out of her way to make choices and ordering easy for me, and Angie escorted me through huge granite warehouses in search of the perfect slabs. You won't find this level of support in a "big box" store. I am a VERY happy and appreciative customer!

Watson Tile and Stone remodeled my bathroom in November 2010. We love it!! Their one-stop shop made it super easy and fast! Patsy was always available to talk to me, from the initial selection process, through all of the scheduling, to the final completion! Angie was very helpful in the selection process of the tile and granite. Louis is a Fabulous tile man, and the entire crew was professional, clean, and ON TIME!!! Their prices are very competitive, too. I had priced the tile, plumbing, electrical, & painting through other contractors, and their prices met or beat all of the estimates I had!! I ABSOLUTELY will use them again for any other remodels, and recommend them 100%!!!

My bathroom was really ugly and dysfunctional, with a big hole exposing the plumbing in the bathtub and broken vanity drawers that fell out when opened. After 31 years and being home to a family of 5, it was in dire need of a complete remodel. We had spent two years getting estimates, but they were all so high, we just couldnt afford to have the work done. The companies we contacted offered no options and didnt even seem interested in working on such a small project. Needless to say, I was discouraged. From the minute we walked into Watson Tile and Stone, it was different. We met Patsy and her husband and Angie and Ed. They were friendly and positive. The day, Ed came to our home to measure and give an estimate. I was embarrassed to even show him the bathroom, but he was so reassuring and gave me the opinion that my ideas were achievable and my small bathroom project was important. We found their estimate reasonable, and entered an agreement to have the work done. Two and a half weeks later, I couldnt believe the transformation that had taken place in that bathroom. From the initial tear down, to the last screw put into place, the job was done by professional craftsmen, who took pride in their work, cared about our property and exceeded our expectations. The room is beautiful and I love it. Watson Tile and Stone and their skilled craftsmen delivered exactly what they promised and even more. They did it with the personal touch of people who care. Thank you Patsy and Angie for helping me pick colors, tile and granite and for always responding when I had questions or wanted to add something to the project. Thank you Hosea and Cirilo for the beautiful texture and paint; it really looks nice. The custom cabinets and granite are wonderful and look fantastic. I cant even find words to thank James for all he did throughout the project and even afterwards. He is creative and skilled in so many aspects of his craft, but is outstanding in his attention to detail and customer satisfaction. He and his son, Jacob are a great team. That was last year, July 2010. In October 2011, I called Watson Tile and Stone and asked if they would be interested in doing our other bathroom. They agreed and I told Patsy I wanted it to be just like the first one with the same tile, granite, fixtures and etc. I also asked if the same craftsmen might be available to do the work. Now its finished and decorated and even more beautiful than our first project. No more ugly bathrooms in this house. We had the same level of support and the same professional craftsmen on our second project. We are VERY happy and appreciative customers. Thank you Watson Tile and Stone. Dont be surprised if the phone rings again next year.

Watson Ceramic Tile has done several jobs for us in the past 10 years. From tile floors to complete bathroom remodels including new walk-in showers and granite vanaties. Thier work is impeccable and follow through is always 100%. The job always comes out better than we expected. Watson Tile did an excellent job on our whole house remodel. The quotes given me were reasonable and very competitive. The tight three week schedule was kept and all the craftsmen were very professional, on time and courteous. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. Patsy, Angie and all the other folks at Watson Tile are the best. I highly recommend them to anyone.
