- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Doors off tracks very depending on the severity of the job hazard and risk of damage and number of people to get the risk level to zero. We believe in doing the job once and doing it right.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Giving a price over the phone is hard. Most try to hook you with a cheap price. Call me once, make an appointment for me to come out, I will give you a free assessment and quote. I believe I will be your garage door or gate company for life...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Safety training in the oil field helps a lot, but experience has been the best training. Not all jobs are easy, but sticking it out and completing each job regardless of how much you want to runaway.
