- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I accept cash, PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo. I do not accept personal checks. These are the only forms of payment I accept. Discounts for regular cleanings are offered once a regular schedule is established and after an initial, deep cleaning of the home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Assessing the customers needs and preferences. Inspecting the home to determine the extent of an initial deep clean. I will do a deep clean prior to setting up regular cleanings and one time cleaning projects. The deep clean includes cleaning and dusting all fans and baseboards, wiping down walls, doors, and light fixtures, etc. After the deep clean, these tasks are rotated with each cleaning or as needed. The deep clean does take longer in labor hours than subsequent cleanings and is typically more expensive than subsequent, regular cleanings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
excellent customer relation skills. Have been in the business for more than 11 years. Experienced with the best products to find out what solution works best for your floors/countertops and other surfaces. I am very detailed in my work.
