- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 5% discount on moves booked Monday - Thursday.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to reach out to the customer via phone to collect all of the necessary information pertaining to their upcoming move -Pick Up and Destination Addresses -Email Address -Move Date and Preferred Start Time -Details pertaining to the move such as 1st floor, 2nd floor, etc., elevator access, parking access and as much information we can obtain as possible pertaining to what will be moved (items, furniture, number of boxes, etc) Gathering all of this information allows us to provide you with the most accurate estimate we can.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees are trained, professional movers - they are NOT day laborers. All of our employees are also trained on piano and pool table moving.
