FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Such as plumbing is, it's difficult in most cases to give an online quote, as there can be so many factors involved. Therefore, we offer free estimates on site, and the plumber can do the work while there upon approval of the estimate. We offer quality products and service, which means we are not necessarily the cheapest, but we are not the most expensive either. When we leave, you can rest assured your job was done right.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we first meet a new customer, whether it be via web, or in person, we greet them with friendliness, competence, and encourage them to share what they are experiencing. As with anything we don't understand, it can be scary tackling a new problem, whether emergency, or even planned. We make sure you are heard, then share years of experience in the field with you, to give you the most options, for a competitive price. We educate our customers, so that they are left knowing what was done, and how to work with it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are all licensed plumbers, with multiple master plumbers on staff. We are all licensed by the state of Texas, and have gone through on the job training for a minimum of 4 years, passed the state exam for our licensure, and gone through several courses to help make our community a safer place, and our customers homes more comfortable. As a company, we send our technicians to courses in water treatment, water testing, safety testing, tankless water heater courses, and really anything that we can to make them able to serve you better.
