I felt very taken care of working with Dallas Plumber! I had reached out about a leaking garbage disposal and someone came out the next morning. My garbage disposal has been dead for over a month. I needed to get it to work so hired Dallas Plumber and they were assume. Scheduling was a breeze and so was payment. Plumber was super professional and even gave me options when it turned out my old garbage disposal was leaking and needed to be replaced/fix. Decided to replace it and working well.

Dallas Plumber was the right choice. Needed to replace a shower valve. My inquiry was promptly responded to and an appointment was made the next day. Stephen showed up, assessed the issue and quoted a fair price. After a brief trip to get the part, he returned and installed the valve and all works perfectly. All within an hour! Very good experience with this company.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will collect job details from you and set you up in our system. We will contact you and setup an appointment and provide an FREE quote for the needed repairs or replacement. In most cases, once the quote is approved, we can perform the service in the same day. The remaining balance for the work completed work must be paid at the completion of the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed and insured. We are licensed in plumbing and HVAC.
