Bryan, is an amazing nutritionist. I have known him for 10 years. I have had other nutrionist in the past. But, nobody has given me the guidance as him. He pays attention to the details. I always knew about how to train, but never knew what to eat. I was afraid of eating, because I thought I would get "fat". I over trained, and over did cardio everyday. I didn't realize I was burning away muscle. I couldn't understand why I had so much fat, even though, I wasn't eating as much. Brian reminded me that I was lacking nutrition.
