If you get hurt, none of the aforementioned matter, because you cannot train. The FMS and 3DMAPS are the most innovative methods designed to assess how the body functions as a holistic unit. Measuring entire body’s mobility (flexibility, range of motion) and stability (strength, control of motion) they establish a baseline and identify a Relative “Success Code” specific to each individual.
