- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since every event is different, we like to personalize each quote specifically to your needs. We like to gather as much information as possible about the event before we quote a price. Things we consider: - Location of event - Number of guests - Length of use - What add ons will be included
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly we gather all the information we need including special requests from our clients. Then we communicate what the total cost of this rental is. If the client agrees to this pricing we sent a terms of service that needs to be signed by both parties. After the terms of service is signed we will go into specifics on what is going to happen on the day of the event and we make it work for the client. We communicate very open with every client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Collectively we have over 10 years of customer service experience and we have been operating Old Fashioned Photo Booth since 2012!
