I discovered my love for real estate at an early age while helping my father tend to our rental properties in Los Angeles. I now own properties of my own here in Austin, and I handle 90% of the maintenance, repairs, painting, & make-ready's, and 100% of the leasing and management. My properties are in great shape and I have excellent renters, so they take up very little of my time. Also, a while back I traded in my desk job and Austin's rush hour traffic to work for myself, and now I do home improvement projects, cleaning, painting, organizing, lawn clean-up and maintenance, and home repairs in and around Austin, and I love it! Home improvement projects are my favorite projects because I can pour my abundant creativity into my work -- and together with my clients, we create stunning designs and then bring them to life -- and the work is incredibly fulfilling! I love solving problems! I enjoy meeting people, hearing their situation, proposing a plan of action, making a decision together, & then digging in and working hard to very high standards. My goal is to surpass my clients' expectations and to delight them with the work I do -- every day!
