What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am happy to work on a fixed price basis or hourly. Fixed prices start at one dollar and 15 cents per square foot, and depend on the needs of the jurisdiction, and the needs of the customer as multiple services are offered, including 3-D renderings and walk-throughs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’s important to interview the homeowner and/or builder involved in the project. Copious notes are typically taken before any first drafts are created.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve designed custom homes for over 26 years. I design about 40 to 50 homes per year.
