FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and upfront, with no hidden fees. We offer occasional seasonal discounts and package deals — for example, $200 off drainfield cleaning packages that include septic tank cleaning. Pricing may vary depending on the scope of service, system accessibility, and property specifics. We're always happy to provide a customized estimate before work begins. Let us know your situation, and we’ll walk you through the options that best fit your needs and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for new customers is simple, informative, and no-pressure: Initial Contact – We start with a quick conversation to understand your needs and answer any questions. System Lookup or Site Info – If possible, we’ll research your system or request details about your property to give accurate information. Service Recommendation & Estimate – Based on your system age, condition, and goals (maintenance or repair), we’ll recommend the right service and provide upfront pricing. Scheduling – Once you're ready, we’ll schedule at your convenience and keep you informed every step of the way (including technician ETA alerts). Service Day – Our experienced technicians arrive with the right equipment, complete the work, and provide a service summary before leaving. Follow-Up – You'll receive documentation, and we’re always available for questions or future recommendations. We pride ourselves on education, transparency, and doing the job right — especially for first-time customers.
