I met the owner of tapped out while at a plumbing supply company about a week ago. While I was there looking for a part he overheard me and came over to show me exactly what I needed. Then we chatted for a few minutes and I found him to be super friendly and personable. I asked for his card in case my DIY solution didn't work, and he provided it to me.About a week passed and the DIY solution was looking like it needed to become slightly more in depth than I was hoping, so I called Tapped Out. I spoke with someone in his office and she relayed my message to him, and he provided me some free advice, as well as a quote to solve the issue. The quote was cheaper than I was expecting, so he definitely wasn't trying to overcharge like some plumbers I've dealt with in the past. In the end his free advice actually gave me the info I needed to continue on with the DIY solution and fix it on my own.I have to say that in today's day and age not many people are willing to just give you advice or help you without expecting something in return. But he took time when I first met him to explain some things to me, then even followed up with multiple text messages back and forth to help out even more. This was above and beyond what is typical, and I am grateful for his willingness to help me out even when it wasn't necessarily going to help him out financially. I will absolutely remember him in the future and hire him on future jobs that my DIY skills wont be capable of tackling. Thank you Steven, you are truly a remarkable business owner in a world where personal touch is seemingly lost from most business.

How many plumbers does it take to fix a leak? ONE! Tapped Out is amazing! We called them in a bit of a panic and needed someone right away, Beverly hooked us up. Got us on the schedule that day! They showed up, got us squared away and made sure we were good to go, made sure we didnt need anything else and have been a pleasure to deal with on multiple occasions since our first repair. Cant say enough great things about them.

I would like to give a shout out to Steve and Bev of tapped out plumbing. I had several projects that I needed completed in Nocona Texas. I had called the plumber who originally had started the project and never received a return phone call or text back. I.
