Tanner provided me with the best computer repair service I’ve ever gotten. It was tricky to diagnose the issue and he invested above and beyond he is very knowledgeable and provided the service in a very practical and convenient way (remote computer access, spent time on phone live with me, went to vendor sites to download updates etc). Tanner was hired to get my Brother's Printer back online because it kept going offline. He was contacted early one morning, say 7 am and he was on it fitting the problem in time for my 8 am meeting. His price was reasonable and he was knowledgeable about not only my printer, but apps on my computer. He worked remotely from Texas. I'm still online. Huge thanks to Tanner
