- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Upfront hourly fees will be discussed prior to any repairs or consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I pay close attention to details, I will listen to the customer to try and get a full picture of the IT problem they face, so I can fully diagnose, troubleshoot, and provide a solution (repair, consultation, etc.)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.B.A. degree in Business Administration from Texas Tech University. I have 20 years of professional experience working at Fortune 50 companies, providing IT solutions to internal and external clients.
