I had a great experience with Charlie and his son they were very professional explained everything clearly and the price was fair I highly recommend them to anyone needing pest control.
Charlie showed up and quickly assessed the situation and was able to take care of my issues and offered to return if my pest problems came back. Excellent service.

Charlie And Son Pest Control did an amazing job, They came out to relocate an African honey Bee hive that was causing issues in the back yard of the house. Their service was impeccable. I will definitely be calling them out again if needed.

Charlie and Son were punctual, reponsive, courteous, and honest. We live in the Valley, where it is extremely difficult to find contractors that are reliable. We were very impressed with Charlie and his son. They were equipped and ready to do the work at the time of the estimate. We were so impressed with them that we decided to hire them for continued periodic pest control. I highly recommend them.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
since I work for a big company I'm pretty familiar with their pricing so when I give you a price it is lower then their price but with the same great customer service and guarantee
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to investigate see what type of problem they are having and try to come up with a strategy together so that we could solve it
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work for Orkin pest control and they gave me training about once a month and I have been a certified applicator for over 7 years
