He is a nice guy who tries hard but literally this is the worst “professional” work we have ever had done in our house. I’d like to rip it all out and start over. The problem is I cant’t because he charged me $940 for 3 closet shelves, to remove 1/2 a shelf, and to install one set of shoe racks. He was supposed to install 3 sets of shoe racks at that price. He told me $940 for all the shelves I wanted. After his first visit there were bare ends, 2 missing shoe racks, mess everywhere, the worst drywall patching I’ve ever seen, and giant shelves. I let him know after my husband said where are the shoe racks/shelves in C closet? I said what!?! They aren’t there?!? He said no. I let him know about all of the problems with pictures and he said he would come back. I assumed this meant to make everything right. I told him not to come if he couldn’t do professional quality work. I thought by he was a finish carpenter…he’s not. He returned. Next he proceeded to paint bare ends, not fix the weird overlapping laundry shelf, and install shelves so large in C closet that we lost 40” of hanging space. HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE! Then it got worse! He sent me an invoice for $1100+ saying I had to pay for the shelves he bid but forgot about. Then he accused me of theft! The only person who is being stolen from is me. I paid $940 and I have nothing I actually wanted.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience i went back and looked at the conversation we had and the pictures you sent when reaching out. You never mentioned the cubby in the one closet nor did you while we were doing the walk though only after I gave the bid and completed what I thought was the whole job did you bring them up and send a video that you took at some point saying you wanted them but I had never seen it before and it wasn't part of the initial lead. When I told you they weren't included in the bid you let me back I. your house to build them then refused to pay for them. When I had the nerve to charge you for work I did you refuse to pay for any extra work and left me a bad review .
