The J&R crew arrived at the expected time and quickly got to work on replacing my old water heater. My house had been used as a rental, so the heater hadn't been flushed regularly, msm there was a lot of segment in the tank and it took awhile to get it empty for removal. The install then proceeded quickly and I sin had hit water. J&R's edtimate was significantly lower than other estimates i had gotten and their crew was very professional. I will definitely keep J&R in mind for any future maintenance needs.

We wanted to replace our existing toilets with a new, relatively unknown brand of bidet toilet. Specifically the Horow T30. The challenge was finding someone who could take on this task, knowing it would be a little “outside the box” and not charging a small fortune to do it. Through Thumbtack, we found J&R Improvement and their bid was very reasonable compared with others we had been given. This was not an easy job, and required they make several trips for parts to adapt to the tasks. But, Jimmy was up to the challenge and he and Marco did a remarkable job for us and we are very pleased. We would use them unhesitatingly in the future as needs arise.

They did a great job tiling my shower. They worked around my wife’s Dr.’s appointments and finished on time. It’s been hard to find anyone to just lay the tile and do it correctly. Very satisfied!
