Chad does a LOT more than painting and stain. He fixed our chimney cap and also re-sided a portion of our house when it was discovered there there was rot underneath. This business stands out among other contractors I have hired for several reasons: (1) He always showed up when he said he would; (2) He was super honest and stuck to his estimate even when the job turned out to be more difficult than anticipated; (3) He communicated consistently throughout the project, letting us know the status and anticipated completion date; (4) The final quality of the job was extremely high. He did an excellent job of matching the look and texture of the replaced cement board siding to the original; and (5) For the amount of work he did, plus the finished quality and the difficulty involved, the price was *very* reasonable. Having hired a number of handyman services over the years in the Bryan-College Station area, this the first business I will contact for any residential work at my house in the future.
