- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When working with a new customer we want them to feel welcomed into the company and respected. We will communicate through phone call, text, or in person. When serving first time customers extra fees will be cut in half to ensure the best price and earliest availability!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with big customers such as commercial places like apartments. All the way down to residential houses and small jobs. We have worked with fire fighters and people that have just moved. We try our best to accommodate everyone!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
When talking to a professional about coming out to do a job be ready to pay. Many people don’t want to pay for the work they need done. Professionals will happily work with you if you work with them! Know what you want and what you’re willing to pay. Professionals love helping you and others in the community out!
