- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer a referral discount, getting the lowest price is not always the best for you. Ask questions! Is this a 25 year shingle? If so that will be the three tab shingles.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out what the customers needs are, go over different options for the customer, will always show the customer sample boards of what The shingles will look like and for different options.Go over all the details of the contract with the customer!Answer any questions the customer may have. Go over everything that we’re going to be doing, and find out when is a good day and times to work, on the roof.We put sheets over the bushes and plants to catch any nails or loose shingles! Also we protect the air conditioner unit to make sure no nails or trash fall in!Also when all work is completed, we make sure there is not one nail left Behind!!By using nail magnets. We are very respectful when doing all of your roofing needs, we do not blast loud music while working, or have our shirts off as this seems to be the typical process for most companies, but not mine!! All of us that will be on your roof, are very respectful and will answer any questions that you Might have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in roofing, since 1993! And also all of my men, have been in the business at least as long or more! Also we pride ourselves on the workmanship, and is always up to code! And will pass any inspection anytime! We go out of our way to make sure that all of your roofing needs are taken care of, including handcrafted metal that goes on the roof, over your air conditioning unit,Therefore the water will not blast in your AC unit and ruin it all year! That’s just one of the perks that we add!
