- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Normall pricing is done on a retainer basis rather than an hourly. this makes it easier on the client to budget for accounting costs. should a one time item with in normal scope be needed it doesn't cost the client any more than normal. Cost changes when the scope of work or the work load changes on an ongoing basis.
