- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing model is very simple and client value driven. We are product driven with packaged pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a complimentary in-home consultation for qualified clients to discuss your project and goals. In this meeting, we will also share with you who we are and how we work as well as discuss some high level design ideas and concepts. If you are comfortable with moving forward with us, we will schedule a follow-up meeting. In that meeting, we will present design concepts and specific recommendations. Once you love the design, we place your order and deposit. From here, we manage all the details so you can just relax and look forward to install day. When we have all of your items, we deliver, install, and style your space. Then we welcome you for the final reveal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has over 20 years of combined experience in interior design. Our designers all hold degrees in interior design or a related field. All designers also participate in ongoing education each year. Additionally, the firm principal holds certifications as a CID (Certified Interior Decorator) and a SDP (Staging Design Profession).
