FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First off, we do not quote via pics. No good painter should, so we do need to see the room in person. We try to be very fair, reasonable, and competitive. If there is a budget you want to work around, we will try our best to adjust our costs to meet your budget. We might not always be the cheapest, but we are one of the best out there. We've been in this business for over 18 years and have fine tuned our skills to give the customers the best finish and best service out there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually they call or text, and we can discuss briefly what they need done. As any good painting company should do, we always as for an onsite consultation, so I then set up a time that's best for the customer to meet at their home or place of business. I, the owner, personally handle all appointments and will be the one on site for the walk-through.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Owner has a few years under her belt of interior design and color theory. Our lead painter, who handles the rest of our labor force, started his painting career up in the Hamptons. He worked on $3M+ homes up there for 2 years fine tuning his skills before relocating down to Dallas. It is with this attention to detail that he makes sure is given by our employees on every project.
