I've worked with many contractors in the past and Randy really puts in the effort to make the client happy. I felt the job was done professionally, quickly, and for an excellent price. Sir, we respectfully disagree with your review and the facts. As promised we stopped by weekly for 4 weeks to check on the sod installation it's part of our customer service to make sure the sod was getting proper amount of water, and left a few messages that some areas we're not getting the proper amount of water. Even we finished installing the sod and upon completion of your project, you stated to my employees and myself that you and your wife were very happy and satisfied with the installation and the additional work of removing shrubs as well as reshaping the metal edging in your front and back yards. Prior to the installation you told us that your irrigation system was not working properly and that because you moved in a month prior that your homeowners warranty would repair the irrigation system. We made you aware that your irrigation system was not working properly and that as we came across sprinkler heads that had been buried with mud, we would make you aware and we ended up replacing about 10 or 15 of them, and we did that at no additional cost to help you. After the installation was completed, you hired a licensed irrigation company that tested the system and that also cracked an irrigation line that we ultimately fixed because we were on site. We also purchased and installed additional sod which we were not compensated for, per our agreement. even though we completed the work per the contract agreement, you did not pay us in full for the work that we completed, even though you were satisfied when we last spoke. We feel that your review does not represent nor reflect our last discussion in which you stated you were satisfied and happy. So your statements in your review is unfair, and an unjust review, as compared to all of our other reviews which our customers are very satisfied. With respectful regards, our Landscaping team.

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We like to have them define and discuss their project, and we ask questions to understand their vision, collection as much information as possible on first visit, determine their selections and what they feel is their estimated budget, and provide them an estimated range of costs, then we provide them an accurate detailed cost quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Engineering, residential design, and construction management , and we attend various industry trade shows and seminars, and our suppliers inform us of new products.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?From our experience in building custom homes, remodeling and installing all types of landscape designs, we saw an opportunity to help homeowners, builders and commercial customers achieve more with their construction and landscaping ideas, and utilized our existing suppliers to pass on savings.
