The final investment is based on several key factors unique to your event: · Event Type & Duration: (e.g., a 4-hour wedding vs. a 2-hour corporate mixer). · Guest Count: This helps us ensure we have adequate staffing and premium products. · Service Level Selected: From our essential lounge setup to our premium "Concierge" service with a dedicated tobacconist. · Location & Venue Requirements: Any specific venue fees or travel outside our standard service area may apply. What's Typically Included in Your Quote: Your personalized quote will be comprehensive and include: · The elegant Puffz N’ Pearlz mobile lounge setup (luxury furniture, humidor, wind-resistant lighters, etc.). · A curated selection of premium cigars. · Professional, uniformed attendants/tobacconists. · Event planning consultation and day-of coordination for the lounge. · Liability insurance. Potential Fees & Discounts: · Transparent Fees: A travel fee may apply for events outside our standard service radius. A refundable security deposit is also required for all bookings. · Special Offers: We occasionally offer seasonal promotions. We also provide a 5% discount for clients who book both our Mobile Cigar Lounge and our full Event Planning services together.
