- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently boarded four five month old German Shepard puppies that had been born and bred in an apartment. It became apparent that the owner did not know how to properly kennel/house/potty train the pups. Daily I would take each one out individually to potty and praise as I had my own. I attempted to leash train them for the time they were boarded. When the owner stated she lived in an apartment with 8 dogs and this was her second or third litter, I suggested she spay or neuter as she was having a difficult time finding homes for the pups. I lost a customer, gained a low rating, but kept my integrity intact.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find a provider for your Fur Baby who will treat your love like they treat theirs. But also follow your rules.
