- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have three different booth types and prices vary for each. We also offer a lot of great add on's and services that can make your rental even more fun! Currently we offer a Free custom hashtag prop with all rentals! Guests love this and it is yours to keep after the event is over.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we get inquiry we follow up with the client to find more about the event. We schedule a call to speak with the client to make sure we find out the clients needs and expectations and to make sure we can fully meet those expectations. From there we send a questionnaire to to get the intimate details of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years working in event services and over 3 years working in the photo booth industry. I am also a graphic designer which why we are able to customize our experience for each and everyone of our clients.
