I am a 3rd generation piano tuner with a passion for hearing finely tuned piano music flowing through the hallways of a house.
I've tuned for well known performers such as Smokey Robinson, Johnny Cash, Conway Twitty, Air Supply, Frank Sinatra Jr. and Hank Williams Jr. to name a few.
I've worked on pretty much all brands of pianos over the years including Kawai, Yamaha, Steinway & Sons, Petrof, Baldwin, Knabe, Bosendorfer and Schulze Pollmann to name a few.

Bill texted me when he was en route and arrived at the appointed time. He was very thorough and friendly. He did an excellent job of tuning our piano and when I inquired about when the piano was manufactured he looked up the information for me.

Bill was awesome! Followed thru exactly with what we needed and provided great information. He will be coming back to clean the interior of my piano as it was needed. He never tried to upsale me, but told me what I needed done for me to preserve the piano.

Pricing may vary depending on what work is required. I generally have a set fee for tuning and often include minor repairs
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first make contact to schedule an appointment that works for the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was raised into the business. My father is a piano tuner and I began training at a very young age. I am now 35 years later at the concert tecnician level. I am able to tune, regulate and repair most pianos. I also install climate control systems.
