Work quality was excellent. The new balusters look like they were installed when the house was built. He is very professional. He protected my new floors from the front door to the stairs with drop cloths and vacuumed the entire area when done. The materials arrived this morning and Marlon came out this afternoon to do the job. And arrived an hour earlier then he was suppose to. He completed the job in record time so I was able to surprise the wife with the new balusters. She was completely surprised and loved the new balusters. Thanks...

Marlon did a fantastic job replacing our bottom step, railing and balusters with a new step, iron balusters and wood rails, while staining the rails and painting around where the prior balusters were. Within a week and a half of when I reached out via thumbtack, the whole job was done and done well. Marlon was responsive, professional, friendly and his pricing was very reasonable, especially compared to the other two bids I got. I would use him again, and recommend him to anyone else without hesitation.
