- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a service call fee of 75 but if i do anything besides just a check inspection that charge will be wave l. I just charge what's Fair Call me old school i guess.

Talk about the issues the have and do a full inspection to determine what's the next step in order to fix the problem
