Yanse was able to come out and fix my busted hose spigot same-day and did a quick and excellent job. He was the only pro willing to quote me a straight-up price (and a very fair one at that) for a straightforward job without needing to schedule estimates or play any games. He gave me a price right away, showed up the very same day, got the job done and saved me the time and headache that I've come to expect from traditional plumbing services. Yanse will be the first person I contact the next time I need some work done.

Honest plumber! Before replacing the Garbage disposal, he checked for any issues and noticed the breaker was tripped. He fixed and charged only for the service trip. I'll be working with him again for any other plumbing needs.

Yanse from The Fixer Guys was great. We have used him for years for all our plumbing needs from clogged pipes to new plumbing modifications. He is honest, explains the problem/situation and provides fair pricing. He returns calls promptly and provided same day service on all our requests. Yanse has come to my house on several occasions. He is always very professional. The first time he came to my house, he pointed out a few items that needed to be repaired. He does excellent work. I have referred him to a couple of neighbors. I will most definitely be calling Yanse to repair some more items around my house.

I charge a service call fee of 75 but if i do anything besides just a check inspection that charge will be wave l. I just charge what's Fair Call me old school i guess.
