Window source was great in my project from start to finish. Their price was the most competitive and they provided NT executive series with great price. Becca handled all communications well. Hugo did great job in installation. He listened to all our requests and handled well

Great experience with Window Source DFW. Very responsive, no pushy sales tactics, and provided realistic timelines and expectations. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, and did great work overall! One suggestion I would have is for them to demonstrate to you how to take the screens off the windows (ours were double hung full screens) as it was quite tricky to figure out on my own. However, if I would have asked I’m sure they would have gladly shown me! Couldn’t be happier with our new windows!

Window Source, Chris Pound was wonderful to work with. Not only was the price reasonable but they worked with us through the pandemic when we weren’t comfortable having he windows installed. Once work started they were all safe and very efficient and speedy. I highly recommend them and love our new windows!

Our HOA required us to replace all seven window. After contacting a number of companies, we decided to go with The Window Source of DFW. Although, it took a little while for the windows to arrive, we couldn't be happier with our choice. Great quality of windows and very professional and detailed installers. Chris and Becca are great!We definitely recommend The Window Source.

We have high quality, energy efficient windows at an affordable price. Our prices include removal of old windows/doors, installation of new windows/doors, and lifetime warranties against accidental glass breakage, labor, and seal failure.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a free in-home consultation that takes 30-45 minutes of your time. I will have a thoughtful conversation with you about your project, show you our samples, answer your questions, measure the openings, and leave you a written proposal outlining the cost of your project.
Our lead installer will come and remeasure the openings to insure a custom fit into the existing openings.
We will order the windows/doors, schedule an install date, and install the windows/doors in about 4-6 weeks from contract date.
Our installers are professional, and factory trained. They are respectful, honest, trustworthy, hard working people.
We are dedicated to providing the best value, quality service, and pleasant experience from start to finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 19 years experience in the industry. Started out my career in real-estate, moved on to home improvement - buying, renovating, and selling distressed properties.
