Customers should know that pricing is based on several factors, including the size of the home, the condition of the space, and the type of cleaning requested (standard, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, or additional services). I provide upfront pricing or estimates after gathering the necessary details to ensure accuracy and transparency. Additional requests or changes in scope may adjust the final price, but this is always communicated clearly in advance. My pricing reflects the time, detail, and care required to deliver a high-quality cleaning service, with the goal of providing fair value and consistent results for every client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I begin by gathering details about the home or business, including the size, type of cleaning needed, and any specific areas of focus. This allows me to provide an accurate quote and set clear expectations. Once the service is scheduled, I confirm the appointment details and arrive on time prepared with the necessary supplies. Before starting, I briefly assess the space to ensure I understand the priorities. During the cleaning, I work systematically through each area, focusing on thoroughness and attention to detail. After the job is complete, I do a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets a high standard and the client is satisfied with the results. I also maintain clear communication throughout the process to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do not have formal classroom training in cleaning services; however, I have developed my skills through hands-on experience. Over time, I’ve learned proper cleaning techniques, attention to detail, time management, and how to effectively clean and maintain residential spaces. I continue to improve by staying consistent with best practices, learning from each job, and ensuring that I provide a high standard of service. My focus is on reliability, thoroughness, and delivering quality results for every client.
