Hired JV Construction for phase 1 of a master bath remodel, replacing a tub/shower combo with a walk in shower. Work included demo, plumbing, tile work and frameless glass door plus installation of fixtures. A bulkhead was also removed, so tape and bed and texture was also needed. All work was done to produce a beautiful and functional shower. Response to questions and concerns was timely. Crew cleaned up debris and did not leave a mess behind. Juan is great to work with on a project.

Well...the job wasn't finished. The owner of the company ran out of time to keep his crew so he showed up to finish the job and to sum up the disaster...well...he used nothing but duct tape to put my carpet down! I had to pay somebody else to come in and fix the carpet he destroyed. When I expressed to him how upset I was and asked for only a refund on the carpet area he said he could come by and fix it...ummmm we already tried that and clearly you don't know what you're doing. No thank you! Do NOT go through this company!!! I lost $1000 paying them then had to come up with another $1000 for another company to fix what they did/didn't do. I wouldn't even give this company 1 star if that was an option. You've been warned.

Firstable the deal we signed she never mentioned that she are going to sell the house this happened when almost I finished the project. Taking about was a small piece 24"x12" that she said patch it with old small piece she got. After I finished she reviewed all the project and also the free extra caulking I did around the master tub and she approved and she agreed to pay me. Next day she call me and told me that some tiles are out and the carpet was not fix properly. I presented her couple solution and I try to come back same day and fix the problems. SHE REFUSED and asking for her money back and I told her we have the compromise and warranty to come back and fix problems until she will happy....she still refuse to show me the problems and also I see that she LIED to me because next day will be there the Real Estate Personally I have to tell you that this is not the first time problem with people like Janel that lied you first and after that she try to be a victim . J.V. Construction Services did a wonderful job. I was extremely impressed with the products that were used and the monetary rate was extremely reasonable for the amount of work that was done. I will definitely utilize their services again when I re-do my bathrooms and kitchen. I was extremely impressed with their level of professionalism, communication and courtesy. They cleaned up the area upon completion. They arrived on time each day and if the weather did not permit, I received a courtesy call in advance to let me know the plan for the next arrival. My prices are standards and competitive in the Market and they are vary with how detailed is the project to be done, also the materials prices what we offer to my customers never have any hiding profit, never in the materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starting with a check out the job site like: better access to the house, time frame about when we can start an finished day hours, type of flooring or furniture we have to cover to avoid damages, if the project is medium to big size find the place we can place the Dumper box, follow the instructions or needs, with details, what the customer need to be help, also help in some designs in trades that the customer need to finished their projects.

I have 17 years education that include - Bachelor Degree in Engineering (now retired) - One year Small Business Course - More than 15 years experience in New Construction and Remodeling Homes - Many Trades courses in Home Depot, just as a review
