Adam is extremely knowledgeable about what exercises you need to accomplish your goals. He readily offers extra tips and encouragement. Working out has never been my favorite but Adam taught me boxing and I finally found a workout that I love. He was always on time and I trained with him in my home. If I wanted advice about other exercises, foods to eat, or almost any other health/workout issue, he would always give me excellent advice. Anyone who hires Adam as a trainer is not only going to get a great workout, you will spend time with a quality human being.
I miss working out with Mike!! I live in Weatherford now or he would still be my trainer. He knew how to push me and even when I'd try to cancel for some bs reason he'd show up anyway! Mike loved my dog and that's always a way that I judge people, if they liked my dog and if my dog liked them back. And believe me, my dog loved Mike!! My favorite thing that Mike taught me was how to box. Is still have all my boxing gear and I make my husband hold the pads for me to hit. Mike will be proud to know that I still have a "mean right hook" as he called it. I highly recommend him to anyone willing to work bc believe me... he'll work the hell out of you!!

I hadn’t lifted weights in a long time. Shaun challenged me with a work out regimen that helped me start off light and build up to heavy weights, while providing cardio. He develops you mentally, physically and spiritually by teaching lifelong lessons of self-defense, self-awareness, self-confidence, discipline and respect. As an adult student, the mental training has taught me to be more patient, relaxed, focused and confident. Rashad is arguably the best and most well rounded trainer in the DFW metropolitan area. Vegan, cardio, weights and strength, boxing (real boxing), and jiu-jitsu. You will not find a better trainer, point blank period.
Very good teacher. If you want to learn how to kick box he's the guy. Its not the most fancy place, but if you want to learn to fight it's the best deal around.
Oscar Steele Studios is the best place around for Martial Arts Training. Sifu Steele is a dedicated and skilled instructor with both kids and adults. She brings into focus not only the physical aspects of the martial arts, but the theory of why you learn what you learn and how to apply it. We enjoy learning kenpo and more in a disciplined, thoughtful atmostphere and have met many friends in her studio.

Kris is literally the best Trainer I've ever had! I love his training style. We used to do a variety of different types of training. We would do HITT workouts, lift weights and my personal favorite- boxing! I wanted to lose some weight and build muscle and these were the exact workouts I needed! Not only is he a great Trainer but he is super knowledgeable as well. You can tell he's been doing this for a while. I definitely recommend him, you won't be disappointed!!!!
What I love most about Abby is how diversified she is. From strength training to boxing techniques her workouts are never the same and definitely not boring!! She really pushes me to make sure I am maximizing my physical capabilities. It wasn’t until I started training with her that I started slimming down and gaining muscle! Thanks Abby😁
My experience has been excellent! The workouts that I signed up for are one hour each and the combination of upper and lower body exercises have given me greater definition as well as muscle tone within a shorter amount of time. It is the first time that I have hired a trainer and truly seen results. Each workout is custom to my needs and at a pace that I feel comfortable. Definitely worth the time and investment!
