I have been in the fitness industry for over 20. After losing more than 100 pounds, I decided to help others do the same and got an NASM certification. During my career as a trainer, I too experienced personal adversity and obstacles such as autoimmune disease that made me a more empathetic and well rounded trainer. I love training those with prior injuries, chronic pain and illness.
